KHOROVATS (BARBECUE) MASTER CLASS
Preparing the traditional KHOROVATS or barbecue is an important asset of the contemporary Armenian dining culture. During this tour, we will prepare KHOROVATS in the traditional way- first eggplants, pepper, and tomato, then pork and lamb, and then potatoes. Other specialties are also included – Kebab and Parda (liver barbecue). The masterclass will take place at our venue near Yerevan (10-15 min drive from city center).
Our chef will share some small secrets of how to make tasty traditional Armenian Khorovats.


TOUR PROGRAM
You will be picked up at an agreed time and be taken to the venue.
English-speaking guide and chef will greet you there.
The tour will begin with light refreshments.
It will then proceed to the actual Khorovats-making process during which
you will get to prepare and cook the food yourself.
