- Accessibility- 2 of the visited sites, namely the Areni-1 cave and the Khor Virap Monastery require climbing up a certain number of stairs and some walking. In case of strong necessity, the paved road taking from the parking lot to the entrance gate of the Khor Virap monastery can be opened up.

- Full Refund: For a full refund, the cancellation must be done 15 (fifteen) full days before the start of the experience.
- 50% Refund: For a 50% refund, the Client must cancel 2–14 (from two to fourteen) full days before the start of the experience.
- No Refund: Kindly note that refunds are not applicable for no-shows, and we encourage you to inform us in advance if your plans change.
- Changes: Any amendments made to the itinerary in less than 7 full days prior to the start of the experience shall not be accepted unless the sides reach mutual agreement.
- We won't Let You Down: In the event that the services provided to the Client are delayed or hindered by a Force Majeure event during the period of travel services provision, then the terms of refund in such cases shall be discussed with you.
