Day 1
• Arrival in Yerevan

• Rest, dinner and overnight at one of the beautiful Eco-hotels in the Vayots Dzor region
For a great kick off, the trip will first take you on an educational trip to the GN Winery. Located in the Ararat Valley, the winery will present to you the winemaking traditions and heritage of the "valley". The lunch afterwards will complete this promising gastronomic experience. The beautiful ride following the visit will build the excitement you need for this tour, all complemented by an authentic local lunch. After lunch, when we have already reached the Vayots Dzor region, a calm and lovely walk through the local vineyards is waiting for you which will allow you to take your own time, find your pace, be close to the nature and observe. The cozy evening dinner and then fresh air of the mountains will sum up your relaxation for the day.
Day 2
• Trip to Noravank Monastery
• Tour and Winetasting at Hin Areni Winery
• Lunch
• Rest

• Overnight at one of the beautiful Eco-hotels in the Vayots Dzor region

The second day begins with a stunning trip to the Noravank Monastery. One has to cross 8 kilometers of a stunning canyon to get to the hidden gem. It is a perfectly unique example of the Armenian Christian architecture that will amaze you both with its elegant stature and its breathtaking surroundings tall red cliffs.

Following the lunch in an authentic local restaurant, the second part of the day is dedicated to rest, peace, and fine dining.
Day 3
•Trip to the Areni-1 Cave
•Visit to the Trinity Canyon wine-making site- Cultural Wine-tasting, presentation of history, tour and lunch
•Visit to vineyards
•Visit to the Golden Goat cheese factory
The third day plans to take you to a lot of fun places. The first site of the day is the Areni-1 cave. The archeological site is a millennia-old cave that is perhaps the earlies account of winemaking in the highlands. There you will see several trenches with all the remnants of the tools and vessels that the ancient residents of the cave have used. The cave is also where the world's oldest leather shoe was found. The guided tour at the cave will present to you all the technical details of how wine was produced in those olden days.
After this lovely journey through time, the visit to the Trinity Canyon wine-making site will bring you to the advanced modernity of wine-making. A big part of the day will be spent at the Trinity Canyon. The tour will kick of with an educational presentation/lecture on the history of winemaking in the area. After lunch, the amazing vineyards of Trinity Canyon will allow you to witness how vine cultivation is carried out and learn about its important principles.

The touristic part of the day will be concluded with a tour to the local goat cheese factory and learn a lot about the process of cheese making. The fulfilling dinner and good sleep are the climax of the day.
Day 4
•Return to Yerevan
•Visit the Tushpa Winery on the way back
•Free Time
The last day of the trip will continue the relaxation experienced throughout the previous days. Yet another sunny morning is waiting for you for the day. After the relaxed sun-kissed morning full of the Armenian sun, the Tushpa Winery will take their own time to present to you their own individual perception and approach to how wine should taste.

After another local and authentic lunch, you will be given time to roam around in the streets of Yerevan and enjoy a few vibrant metropolitan hours before you say farewell to the beautiful country of Armenia.
